Met Steve (the owner) about a month ago who had actually sold me a pressure washing attachment tool for my own small contracting business, based in Rockford. I saw his shop in Volo and he's got all the tools and equipment to handle the work, which I was impressed by. Beyond that, we had an opportunity to work on a job together and he provided a lot of useful advice and support when I needed it the most. He stepped up, demonstrated his leadership, and saved me from a potential bad situation. He saved time and was extremely professional and efficient, by bringing his lead tech on-site to help.
